Pattern Design

Pattern DesignThe pattern specification for the garment is received from the client.

Cutting

CuttingThis forms one of the most critical parts of the manufacturing process. Computerised marking is used to calculate the amount of fabric required for the garment. Then the fabric is spread out and cut according to the specifications. We ensure strict adherence to this process to ensure that there is no room for error.

Sewing

SewingThe cut piece of fabric is now ready to be stitched into the garment. Our in-house sewing is carried out using the latest machineries like:

  • Juki single needle machine with thread trimmer. Yamato model 4 thread over lock machine
  • Yamato model 3 needle flat lock machine

Checking

CheckingThe completed garment is then meticulously checked to ensure that it meets the customer specifications.

Pressing

PressingOnce the checking is done, the garment is given the finishing touches by pressing it using steam iron.

Packing

PackingAfter being pressed, the garment is ready to be packed for export.

Sustainability

We put a bit of effort into our textiles or human-made fabrics. Across the world and throughout history, textiles have been the base of some of the most lucrative economies and networks of exchange in the world!.

We want to be feel proud about our textiles. Just as we want to make sure that we are making responsible habits in the food products we purchase and consume, we need to be aware of the impact of our role as economic consumers of textiles.

Sustainable development is that it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
